Cancellation of Contests
The company reserves the right to cancel any contest at any time and for any reason. If we cancel a contest, we will refund any entry fees paid by users who entered the contest into the wallet.
Refunds :– All entry fees are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
If a contest is cancelled by us, we will refund any entry fees paid by users who entered the contest.
If a user is unable to participate in a contest due to a technical issue or other problem on our end, we will refund the entry fee for that contest.
Disputes
If you have a dispute about a refund, you may contact us at chakde11sports@gmail.com. We will review your request and make a determination in our sole discretion.
Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time and for any reason, without notice. If we make any material changes to this policy, we will post the updated policy on the App and notify users by email or other means.
Acceptance of Policy
By using the App, you agree to be bound by this cancellation and refund policy. If you do not agree to this policy, do not use the App.
Non-Refundable Fees :- The following fees are non-refundable:
- Entry fees for contests.
- Fees for rewards offered to cricketers.
- Any other fees that are explicitly stated as non-refundable.
Change in Contest Rules
Chakde11 reserves the right to change the rules of a contest at any time without prior notice. However, any changes made will be communicated to the players via email or app notification. Players who are not satisfied with the changes can cancel their participation in the contest and receive a full refund of their entry fee.
