Eligibility for playing on Chakde 11

It is only open to individuals who are 18 or older to participate in the Contest(s).

Currently, residing Indian citizens are eligible for the Contest(s).

It is possible that Chakde11 will not allow individuals residing in certain Indian states to participate in the Contest(s). Due to unclear laws in the states of Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, or Karnataka that prohibit persons from participating in games of skill requiring payment to enter, individuals living in these states may not participate in the paid version of the Contest.

An email address must be provided by those who wish to participate.

As soon as Chakde11 receives information about a person having insider knowledge of participating teams in a contest, match, organizing board, or league, they may ban them from participating and/or withdrawing winning amounts.

Participation in the Contest and winning prizes will only be possible for those Participants who successfully register on Chakde11 as well as register prior to each match according to the above directions.

Please Note: Participants from Assam and Orissa are not eligible to play the paid version of the Competition as it is a violation of their State Laws under the Assam Game and Betting Act 1970 and the Orissa Prevention of Gaming Act 1955.

Registration

In order to register for the Contest(s), Participants are required to accurately provide the following information:

• Full Name
• Team Name(s)
• E-mail address
• Password
• State of Residence
• Country of Residence
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• City of Residence
• College Attended

Participants are also required to confirm that they have read, and shall abide by, these Terms and Conditions.

If the participant belongs to a state where the game of sake is considered illegal. In such a case, he/she will not be allowed to participate in the competition/contest.

Preventing steps for minors and other territories:

Our platform Chakde11 promotes games as merely of skill according to “FIFS and Indian Judicial judgments” and we do not promote any unethical or gambling content on our platform or mobile app.

• In Minor Case

To prevent minors for the use of the platform, we set up some gateways to restrict them;

1-We accept Indian Government issued person identity to verify their age, authorities, and mobile verification.

2-We do proper KYC documentation under the Indian Judicial pattern.

• In other territories/Banned territories

A- For outside India territories- We do not promote Chakde11 business outside Indian territories. To restrict the users, We accept only Indian Government issued person identity to verify their age, authorities, and mobile verification.

B-Banned territories- In India, We do not promote Chakde11 business in banned states or in banned territories (Odisha, Sikkim, Telangana, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu).

Also, we do not accept their KYC documentation.

• Unauthorized Players

We Chakde11 do not promote our business for unethical elements or to use in an unauthorized way.

Taxes Payable

In accordance with the Income Tax Act 1961, prizes given under the contest(s) on Chakde11 are subject to a deduction of tax. Winners will receive TDS certificates in respect of such tax deductions. In respect of the prize money, the Winners are responsible for paying any other applicable taxes, such as income tax, gift tax, etc.

Your Password Is Your Responsibility

After you have registered on our Website or Mobile App, it is solely your responsibility to keep your password absolutely confidential. Make sure you do not share your password with anybody, be it your family, friends, or anyone else. Chakde11 is not responsible in any way if your user account is logged in to or accessed by anybody else using your password.

General Notice:

If it comes to the notice of Chakde11 that any governmental, statutory, or regulatory compliances or approvals are required for conducting any League/s or if it comes to the notice of Chakde11 that conduct of any such League/s is prohibited, then Chakde11 shall withdraw and/or cancel such League/s without prior notice to any Participants or winners of any League/s. Users agree not to make any claim in respect of such cancellation or withdrawal of the League, or League it in any manner.

Advt. by Chakde11 Winner

Acceptance of a prize by the Winner constitutes permission for Chakde11, and its affiliates to use the Winner’s name, likeness, voice, and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide for purposes of advertising and trade without any further permissions or consent and/or additional compensation whatsoever.

The Winners further undertake that they will be available for Promotional purposes as planned and desired by Chakde11 without any charge. The exact dates remain the sole discretion of Chakde11. Promotional activities may include but not be limited to press events, internal meetings, and ceremonies/functions.

GAMING PROCEDURES

CONTESTING/PARTICIPATING

• Chakde11 reserves the right to decline all, or part, of any League requested at its sole and absolute discretion. All Leagues are placed at your own risk and discretion.
• We only accept Leagues made online (including via mobile device or downloadable applications on a mobile device). Leagues are not accepted in any other form (post, email, fax, etc.) and where received will be invalid and void – win or lose.

• Your funds will be allocated to Leagues in the order they are placed and will not be available for any other use. Chakde11 reserves the right to void and/or reverse any transactions made after participation in the League involving allocated funds, either at the time or retrospectively.

LEAGUE/PARTICIPATION CONFIRMATION

• Leagues/Participation will not be valid if there are insufficient funds in your account.
• Leagues/Participation that you request will only be valid once accepted by Chakde11’s servers. Each valid League/participation will receive a unique transaction code. We shall not be liable for the settlement of any League/participation which is not issued with a unique transaction code. If you are unsure about the validity of a League/participation, please check your account history.
• Notwithstanding the above, if League/participation is placed via a credit or debit card they are not valid until we have received payment in full. The League/participation will be automatically void if we have not received the payment prior to the relevant event commencing.
• Should a dispute arise, you and Chakde11 agree that the Chakde11 transaction log database will be the ultimate authority in such matters.
• Line-up/Playing XI: Chakde11 provides a line-up/starting line-up/playing XI for selected matches based on data available to Chakde11 from their data source or official source etc. The purpose of providing a lineup is only to provide indicative information and assist a user in selecting his/her team. The player’s inclusion in the line-up is given by Chakde11 on the basis of information/data received from data providers, publicly available information. Users are to carry proper research of their own from official sources and/or other available sources of information. Chakde11, shall not take any liability, if a player earlier indicated as ‘Playing’ does not play and or a player earlier indicated as “not playing” does actually play for any reason whatsoever. In case of any differences in the line-up either from Chakde11’s data source or official source, the contest will continue as scheduled.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights arising out of the Content and all other elements related to the Website/Mobile Application, are owned or otherwise licensed to Chakde11. You are granted a limited right to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement if you comply with this Agreement. You may use the Services without restriction if you comply with this Agreement. Your use of the Services, Website/Mobile Application, and Content must strictly be for your personal and non-commercial use in accordance with this Agreement, and you agree not to sell or trade any proprietary material, Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Chakde11.

You undertake to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines in connection with your access to and use of the Services, Website/Mobile Application, and Content. Except as expressly permitted, you may not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use the Services, Website/Mobile Application, or Content. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any synchronization, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction, rental, or distribution rights in the Services, Website/Mobile Application, or Content.

Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, you are not granted any right or license to the Services, Website/Mobile Application, or Content.
